• Service provider information: service name, type of service, contact details, area, address, rates, availability, description, social links, images, and public or private listing status.
• Application and request information: event applications, service requests, approval status, messages, and related event or service details.
• Files and images: uploaded profile images, logos, gallery images, compliance documents, certificates, or other files you choose to upload.
• Location-related information: areas, addresses, or venue information that you type into the app. If location features are added or enabled, the app will only use device location where permission is requested and granted.
• Technical information: basic device, app, security, error, and usage information needed to keep the app working and secure.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your EventLink account.
• Show the correct app experience for visitors, event hosts, and service providers.
• Allow users to create, edit, publish, view, and apply for events or services.
• Display public profiles, public events, and public service listings.
• Allow hosts and service providers to communicate through application and request workflows.
• Improve app performance, fix errors, prevent misuse, and protect user accounts.
• Comply with legal, security, and platform requirements.

4. Public information inside the app

Some information is intended to be visible to other EventLink users. This may include public event listings, public service listings, profile names, business names, profile images, service details, event details, areas, contact details you choose to publish, and application-related information shown to the relevant host or service provider.

You should not upload or publish information that you do not want other relevant users to see.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following ways:

• With other EventLink users: when you publish a profile, event, service, application, or request inside the app.
• With service providers: companies and tools that help us run authentication, databases, file storage, hosting, analytics, app delivery, security, and support.
• For legal or safety reasons: where required to comply with law, protect users, prevent fraud, or respond to valid legal requests.

6. Third-party services

EventLink may use third-party services to operate parts of the app, including authentication, database storage, file storage, hosting, app distribution, and payment or subscription processing where applicable.

If you sign in using Google, Google may process information according to its own privacy policy. If you make payments through Google Play or another payment provider, payment information is handled by that provider. EventLink does not need to store your full card details.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No online service can guarantee complete security, but we aim to use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards for the type of information processed by the app.

If your account or listing is deleted, some information may remain in backups, logs, records, or where retention is required for legal or security reasons.

If EventLink offers paid features, subscriptions, or payment links, payments may be handled by third-party payment providers such as Google Play or external payment services. These providers may collect and process payment information under their own terms and privacy policies.
